Refund policy

At Glow & Go Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products and press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
